Before you begin servicing any client program, you must first enroll in, attend, and successfully complete a client certification course. This is required by clients in order to be able to service their respective accounts. Certification courses provide the learner with critical knowledge related to the client and call types, as well as how to deliver a successful customer experience.
Training courses range anywhere from 10 days to 8 weeks in length. Each training session is normally 4 hours long. Often the course is instructor-led but there are also self-directed components, and there may be requirements to complete prior to the next day’s class. Everything is virtual. Videos and audio components are built into the online experience.
You must review the System and Equipment Policy to ensure you will meet the requirements to service clients from home. All equipment is your responsibility. (Policy will be emailed)
Each client requires a background check. You are responsible for the fee for the background check.
All certification courses are FREE. However, if you enroll in a course but do not show up to the first day of class, a $20 No-Show fee will be charged. Additionally, there will be a charge of $30 for a background check (only if applicable). The background check will be valid for 36 months so once it’s taken – or if you already have a valid background check in the system – you will not have to pay the background check fee multiple times, should you choose to service more than one client program.
